We connect advertisers with verified publishing partners and provide infrastructure that supports campaign launch, optimization, tracking, and monetization.

Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all creatives, landing pages, tracking, and promotional materials comply with applicable laws and platform policies. Content must not include misleading claims, prohibited products, malicious code, or deceptive practices. Advertisers must maintain sufficient account balance for active campaigns and monitor settings such as budgets, targeting, and bids.

Publisher Responsibilities

Publishers must provide legitimate traffic sources and comply with traffic quality standards. Artificial traffic generation, bot activity, click manipulation, incentivized abuse without disclosure, or misleading placements are strictly prohibited. Plantaceabaltimore may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, and revenue may be withheld where invalid traffic is detected.

Traffic Quality & Compliance

We implement monitoring systems, filtering mechanisms, and compliance reviews to maintain clean traffic and protect both advertisers and publishers. While we work to reduce fraud and discrepancies, no system is immune to external manipulation. All participants must comply with privacy and data protection requirements and obtain necessary user consents where required.

Payments & Billing

Advertisers generally pre-fund accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Spend is deducted according to recorded impressions, clicks, conversions, or the agreed pricing model. Publishers are compensated according to their agreement, including payout schedules, minimum thresholds, and supported payment methods shown within the platform dashboard. We may delay or adjust payouts in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
